Description
Romka, a nephew of Zhuzhukalo, catches a cell phone thief in school and beats him up. The thief’s father makes a report to the police on Romka. The father is someone called Grinberg, whose bank practices in white washing. The IAD finds Grinberg and suspects him in criminal affairs. Grinberg refuses to co-operate hoping to be protected by a brass hat. Zelenov wants to find out who that man is. Zelenov and Zhuzhukalo try to meet Mityai, but they fail.
